"The Retreat": 19'7" x 9'85", 194 sq.ft. This was built in a backyard for an extra space for the owner.  New floor and siding will be installed.

"Backyard Studio": 13'x9'4", 117 sq.ft. This is one of our models that can be seen in Redmond by appointment. Exterior and interior walls are installed.

It's 117 sq. ft.  The owner had electric work and siding done for themselves.  The cedar siding is stained and looks modern and pretty.

This is similar to "Backyard Studio". This model has 6 windows and double door.

This is built for feral cats' shelter.  A deck is built in front of the door and cat enclosure in back. 
 

The owner added the siding and the deck.
